St Peter's Pastoral Care Group - Our Pastoral Group exists to offer entirely  confidential help and support on any pastoral matter.   Perhaps you would like a friendly visitor for a good chat now and then, help with transport, a name           included in our prayer list at Church, some professional advice which we can help find, or an offer of Communion at home?   Please contact, in the first

instance, Carol Gander on 01273 555414.

Charity of the month - Our charity for November is Unicef.   Donation boxes are at the back of church should you wish to contribute.

Your PCC - Every week a member of the Parochial Church Council will be   available at the back of church to answer any questions you may have.  They will be wearing a name badge so will be easily identifiable.

Friday Coffee Mornings - Between 10.30am and 12.00pm. Please pop in and join us for coffee, conversation & companionship.

Church Key Holders -  We are updating our list of people that hold keys for the Church.  If you hold a set of keys, please see Mandy Gander to update the list.  Many thanks.

Christmas Tree Festival - There is a sign up sheet at the back of Church for helpers to run the various stalls over the course of the 4 days.  Please help out where you can.  Many thanks

Christmas Tree Festival Concert - Tickets are now on sale for the concert which takes place on Friday 1st December at 7pm.  Tickets are £5 for adults and £2.50 for children which will include a mulled wine and mince pie.  We are in the process of putting together the content and performers and will give you more  information once they are confirmed.  Watch this space!  We are also planning to include, as part of the concert, sing your favourite Christmas Carol or song.     The Church will be open from 6pm to view the trees.  Please see Mandy Gander or Jane Gough to buy your tickets.

Keynotes - The subscription for 2018 remains the same good value at £5 for 10 copies.  Please give your money to David Keeling or William Holden.  We hope you will continue to subscribe to our parish magazine. Thank you.

Posada - The Posada family are ready to visit your household again this   Christmas.  Sign up sheet with instructions at the back of Church if you would like to welcome them into your home during December.

Christ The King - Next Sunday is Christ the King, the Sunday next before      Advent, which marks the end of the liturgical year.  It also marks the end of the Diocesan Year of the Bible.  On Advent Sunday we will begin the Year of Prayer and there will several opportunities to engage in different ways of praying.  As it is the end of ‘The Year of the Bible’ it would be nice for you to bring in your own personal Bibles next Sunday that you have been reading and to bring them up for a blessing at the end of the service.
