All services are currently suspended in an effort to stem the spread of COVID-19
The church is changing. The Church, the life of the people of God, the presence of the body of Christ on earth, continues to exist. However, the manifestation of our presence is changing.
The church is now open on Sundays 4pm – 5pm and Wednesdays 10am – 11am for private prayer. Entry is from the West door (nearest the community centre) and exit from the South door. There will be a sides-person in attendance to help guide you and ensure social distancing measures are maintained.
Our new YouTube channel will host a Sunday Service from our Rector Tim Gage at 10am every Sunday. Follow this link or dial in on 01273 071150.
Funerals are not included in the service cancellations and will continue to go ahead as normal. However, these should be conducted with as few people in attendance as possible and social distancing is advised.
Our usual services are as follows;
We have a welcoming family Eucharist every Sunday at 10am and normally lasts around 75 minutes. We come together to worship God, learn from scripture and connect with our faith.
During term time our young congregation attend their own Sunday School and crèche.
Our preaching is expository where the rector will explain how the passage of scripture applies to us and our everyday lives.
Outside of term time we conduct a family service where sermons are still expository but in an interactive and engaging way involving the children in our congregation.
After the service everyone is invited to socialise with us for tea and coffee in our community centre.
If you would like to join us for Sunday Services then please do not hesitate to contact us to register your interest.
